Moving to Mexico can be exciting—but managing your money in a new country can bring a whole new set of questions. How do you build credit? Where can you keep your savings? What are the options for investing and earning interest in Mexico?

In this practical and informative session, Letitia Montana will share what she has learned as an expat, Mexican resident, real estate investor, and financial-services professional. She’ll explore the Mexican financial landscape, including building credit, mortgages, high-interest savings accounts, government bonds, stock investing and ETFs, and the differences between Mexico’s financial institutions.

Originally from Romania and Canada, Letitia has called Playa del Carmen home for almost six years. She is the founder of Freedom Playa Real Estate, helping international buyers invest in the Riviera Maya.

No artistic talent or experience is required. Just a pen, a few pages, and a willingness to write badly on purpose!

Originally from Dublin, Keith has spent the past 13 years living and working internationally, including San Francisco, Thailand, Spain, Bulgaria and Hungary, before making Mexico home. He is passionate about personal development, public speaking, sales funnels and online marketing.
